The Star Club Terms set out important conditions for membership, Cards, accounts, loyalty benefits and related services. Members may hold only one account within the programme, and Membership Cards are personal to the Account Holder. A physical Card can be linked with a Digital Card, but it must not be shared or used by another person. The Star Club Terms also govern loyalty benefits and Tier participation. Members can opt in to The Star Club to access associated benefits, while Tier status is determined through Tier Points and annual review arrangements. Loyalty points, benefits and privileges are personal to the member, are subject to applicable limits and conditions, and are not transferable to another person.
