The Star Club FAQ – Answers About Membership, Rewards and Account Access

The Star Club FAQ brings together practical information to help you understand and manage your membership. Membership is available to eligible people aged 18 years or over who provide the required valid identification. Once your membership is active, your Card can be used for eligible activity across our three destinations.

Tier Points are used to determine Membership Tier, while Casino Dollars are an on-property currency available for eligible earning and redemption. Your balances can be checked through the Member Dashboard, The Star App or property kiosks. Tier Points build during your Membership year and are reviewed annually on your Tier Review Date.

Your membership operates across The Star Sydney, The Star Brisbane and The Star Gold Coast. Participating restaurants, bars, hotels, spas and gaming areas may provide different earning, redemption or Tier benefits according to the current programme conditions. The exact experience therefore depends on the property, participating venue and your membership eligibility.

The Star Club FAQ also covers account access and digital membership. Through the Member Dashboard and The Star App, you can check membership balances and selected benefits, update certain account information and access eligible booking features. A Digital Membership Card is available for eligible non-gaming uses, while the physical Membership Card is required for gaming.

Promotions and personalised offers can change over time. Eligible opportunities may be displayed in The Star App or communicated according to your preferences, with individual conditions governing participation and redemption.
