The Star Club About us – One Membership Across Three Destinations

The Star Club About us is the story of a membership programme built around recognising the experiences our members choose to enjoy with us. We connect eligible gaming, dining, accommodation and leisure activity through one membership structure. Tier Points, Casino Dollars and member benefits work together to make each eligible visit part of a wider membership journey.

Our programme operates across The Star Sydney, The Star Brisbane and The Star Gold Coast. Although every destination has its own character and range of participating venues, members can use the same programme to follow their Tier and eligible rewards. This gives us a consistent way to recognise membership activity across three different resort experiences.

We combine physical and digital membership tools. A physical Membership Card remains important for gaming activity, while The Star App provides access to a Digital Membership Card for eligible non-gaming uses, along with balances, account information, offers and booking tools. Members can also access information through the Member Dashboard and property kiosks.

The Star Club is structured around progression and choice. Tier Points determine membership status, Casino Dollars can be used for eligible on-property redemptions, and additional benefits may apply according to Tier. Participating dining venues, hotels, spa experiences, parking privileges and selected member opportunities broaden the programme beyond gaming.

Responsible participation is part of how we operate. Membership and casino access are restricted to adults who meet the applicable requirements, and tools including Player Activity Statements and selected safer gambling features are available to support informed play. Our programme conditions also provide processes for membership management, account security and card use.
